Process was easy and price was best on market

If you haven't rented storage space in a while which was my case. Please ensure you have a clear understanding with them regarding your move in date. I reserved for a specified move in date in which I expected my billing cycle to start on. However by me taking care of the paperwork and paying for it a couple weeks ahead my billing cycle started on the day I took care of the paperwork. This caused me to give an overall 3 star. The issue was corrected but not without a few conversations. It was also clear I had not even attempted to enter the facility until

Staff was knowledgable and helped me complete a process started online quickly. I was set up within minutes with a storage. Move in terms were great! One word of advice? Don't trust Google Maps to get you there!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The storage facility is easily accessible for me as a user. One thing that I think may be improved is the parking inside the storage. Some people don't drive or park properly and I think the facility could benefit from some kind of parking attendant. The concept is great and it does make it easier to get to my unit, but I don't trust the other people and their driving. Other than that, I love this facility!

I've never utilized storage space in the past. However, I needed a place for a few things. The ladies walked me through everything and were very thorough. When I went in they were patient, quick and kind. I've been back a few times and every time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile and a verbal greeting. The pricing was great with 2 months free and the place is spotless!

What an incredible facility. Staff very professional and friendly. Helped me find the correct size unit for what I wanted to store. I really like being able to be inside the building when unloading my things. I like having my own personal gate code to enter the property. The Drive-Thru building is Wow!

This was my first time renting a storage unit. The office staff was friendly and very professional and made the rental process quick and easy. The site is very clean and well lit. The Drive-Thru building is great. I am able to be inside while unloading my things. Wow! Best pricing on storage that I found.

By far the best experience I've had with a storage facility. The prices are very comparable and surprisingly low for climate controlled units. The staff there is eager to assist you in any way. The facility is always very clean and well kept. My "neighbors" are also friendly and help each other out. Could not ask for a better place.
