Our experience with Cube Smart Storage has been great. We were surprised and happy to find out that they have a truck for you to use that was the perfect size for our needs (5'X10") for a $10 administrative fee. The only other stipulations were that it had to be back within the 4 hour window, filled with gas, and with no more than 53 miles used. We also liked that they had several carts we could use to take our belongings to our unit - such a time saver! The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Cube storage is great for the price. They need to fix the intercom system. It is a pain to have to go to the of five to comunicate a problem. Cube storage is very secure and safe. There should be a trash bin for storage customers to use, but I understand why there is not one to use. People would abuse it by tossing large furniture and other items in it. I do think Cube storage is great to use.

We just rented this unit this past week so we really haven't been there long enough to really know one way or the other as to whether or not we'll have any real problems. We did like the manager on site and also like that he is there 24 hours and that there are cameras and a locked gate. I also like that it's not too far from our home. The only disappointments I have could be that I was hoping the temperature was a little cooler and I was a little concerned about the microfracture-like cracks that were on the floor of the unit, especially since it's on the second floor...another item that I wasn't too crazy about, but those were the only units available at the time we rented.

I had one of the best experiences at this facility, Cube Smart on Country Club. Michael was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was also very patient and was personable. Such a great package! he made the experience so wonderful, its a very rare commodity to have in customer service. I appreciate all he did for me last Sunday, the 4th of May. Keep up the great work Michael!!!
