I love the fact it was online didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t deal with customer service although it was hard leaving from the inside couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get out had to walk to the code box ... but I got what i needed for a few months clean and the map was kinda difficult to find my spot but overall it was good and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll recommend

I went in to the store today, was immediately greeted by this lady (Michelle) who had a smile from ear to ear! She certainly knew how to make my day better just by her bubbly personality! She is such a sweetheart and I will definitely be using yall again! There are not many places around who have great people working for them, but this woman right here is a perfect 10 when it comes to customer service and knowing how to make you smile!!! ??????

I totally love PS! The two ladies that assisted me once I arrived were very knowledgeable, friendly, people personable, eager to answer all of my husband & I questions. The location was clean, neat and orderly. I was glad I did not have to leave the premises to purchase any of my packing goods, including a lock. I was already stressed upon arrival due to moving and they taken good care of my family. I would greatly refer friends, family and co-workers to PS. You are the best!

I was in a mad scramble to find a storage place and found the opportunity to reserve a unit on line. After I made the reservation I was immediately contacted by the facility. When I went in to the office the girls were very nice and VERY helpful. They explained anything and everything about how things worked. At first I thought they were trying to get me to buy more than what I needed, but then I figured out that they were just trying to help because they deal with people like me all of the time (in a panic and not thinking things all the way through). I would recommend Public Storage to anyone that asks about storage. Thanks for all of your help.
