I didn't like the fact that your forced to buy insurance and a lock. They didn't even give me the option to purchase my own lock I was just charged $19.99.

This storage unit had a fantastic rate and it was an easy process to reserve a space online and have access to open the doors through the app. The storage facility had lots of available rolling hand carts to push your furniture or boxes from your car to your storage unit. I highly recommend!

People at the front desk seem like they hate their job. It was my first time EVER getting a storage unit and they expected me to know how everything worked. They want you in and out, but not in a nice way. The unit was clean with proper instructions to access it, the facility is easy to get into, and there are carts to help you maneuver your belongings.

I’m relocating to TX and everything has been a pain in my neck so I was super excited to hear how seamless the process would be when I arrived for my appointment. I arrived an hour early and the clerk, Aubree didn’t mind at all. She gave me a tour, did my paperwork quickly, and even gave me some Texas tips. In and out in a hurry. Great place.

Very clean and nice, however facility was 80° and the AC was set to 80° which defeated the purpose of me getting a climate control unit for certain chemicals and products for my business. I ended up having to store in my home.

Nice clean facility and secure place. Helpful employees. The one time administration fee (24) and having to purchase the lock (20) make it quite expensive even though it advertises $1 first month. Take away the lock fee,especially because you can't buy that particular lock anywhere.
